Scientific projects
Within the WP4, a few scientific studies are carried out. Doing this, our objectives are to:
- upgrade our platform in term of performance, bug resolution and accessibility,
- implement new functionalities in the platform that appear to be usefull to the management of workflow execution (and which we had no idea before!),
- implement new algorithms.
Here is listed all the applicative studies that we already carried out:
Agent based model
- The SimTRAP prototype (Simulation of exchanges between TRains And Platforms)
An agent based model, using a microscopic approach.
Jeremy FIEGEL (PhD student CIFRE (RATP - Paris / LITIS - Le Havre)
Biology
- Genome organization and transcriptional regulation - Chromosome structuring
Numerical simulations of a chromatin model leading to the formation of transcription factories.
