Makes GUI components modular

The GUI modules under GUI suite module can not be launched without running a top Component, which prevent from running one of those modules as a stand-alone component.

The idea is to permit to run any kind of modules independently of a top component. However, it is necessary to keep the dependency on useful libraries such as Netbinox (to remain a Mole execution possible for instance).

Fixed with r2856. You have to copy platform_headless.properties instead of platform.properties in simexplorer-ide-ant/nbproject, and run ant clean run on the suite.
